Today on the occasion of Vasant Panchami and Saraswati Puja, my parent decided to initiate me into education which is called as vidyaaarambh in India. My dad held my hand and we drew the symbol of ॐ.
Today we all woke up early, tidy up the apartment, took an early bath, wore new dresses and then we got ready for the vidyaarambh ceremony.
We took blessings from Goddess Saraswati who is the goddess of education and offered the dieties some fruits.
Then we performed the vidyaarambh ceremony by drawing the ॐ symbol using a new pen and on a new notebook.
